Yes pls solve my portout & stop giving excuses and nonsense. I have been trying to port out my number since June 2020 from DIGI to MAXIS & have been paying both lines for the past 8 months (RM159 + RM 220 every month). And it is very burdening. I have tried many times to request the port out but time & time again the reason I got was "Principal line has supplementary line(s) that should be ported". My plan under DIGI is FAMILY PLAN & has 1 main line & 2 sub line and MAXIS has applied all 3 lines together to be ported out.
As at now , DIGI has release my main line (0122989818) but the 2 subline still havent released. The 2 subline is 0122809818 & 0126869818
