Facing interner slowness

Hi , im facing internet slowdown at night time , noticable after 7pm. The speed at noon is acceptable but barely get 5mbps during night time. I tried using the MyDigi App to send enquiry but unable to send out. Signal bar is full , showing 4G+ , on a P10 plus. Location is wangsa metroview condominium.

Please help me look into this matter.

@george_chua, do you encounter error to submit network feedback through MyDigi at all times? In case it is caused by poor internet connectivity during the incident, you can also submit the feedback at other time. Btw, what is the error are you getting when submitting feedback?
