Why am i unable to port out from Digi?
Well there are several factors, sometimes it is due to technical issue(s) or even contract obligations. Here's a list of common reasons:- You're still on contract obligation
- Prepaid data plan is still active
- Minimum tenure of 30 days not met
- Account barred
- Account inactive due to zero credits
- Supplementary account still tied to number
- Mismatch of account/user information
- MNP not performed by owner of account

Hi my name is Darius Abraham A/L Daniel and my number 01115912749. I've been trying to port out from Digi to a new service provider called Yoodo, but it keeps getting rejected. I tried 3 times this week and all 3 was rejected. I even called the customer service and they said my account was expired but even after activating my account I still get the same result. Can you please check the real problem and get to me.
Ive try to reply a port out sms from digi but it keep saying your request is not successful please contact your current telco.
