Double charge on CC for line termination

On 9th Dec I terminating my DiGi. I been told by the staff that I need to pay my last bill to proceed . Which I did. I settle my last bill on Kiosk using my CC(AMEX).

On 10th Dec. I been charge again this time on my CC ( ViSA) on same amount as AMEX. For info ViSa is my auto billing CC for this Digi.

Can you check why this happen plz.

I don't know I was me or you didn't receive my DM. It been days now.it not even read. It a bugs? or am I doing the wrong way?. So again . .. .please help me on billing termination charge.

Plz check why I been charged double. On 9th I been told to pay RM 61.48 as last payment to terminate my line. Which I did. On 10th I been charge again this time by DiGi auto billing. I know this not my regular bill payment cause I know my bill cycle end/start on 7th every month. Also I know for sure on 7 Dec also been charge RM61.48 So on DEC 2020 IT BEEN CHARGE 3 TIMES. PLZ

Still no news. It over year already .bill already come out. Then i ask ,how DiGi going to refund me? No answer? This is some kind of scam?
