Hi, Digi! I had a really terrible experience with your service recently.
I was bundled with 24-months contract(EPP plan) which ended end of Oct 2016.
On early of Oct, I received a call from Digi.
The operator/telemarketing person told me that there is new Digi postpaid plan and ask me if i would like to change.
I understand that I still under contract at that time.
So I told the operator/telemarketing person about my contract and asking is that any penlty or extra charge.
The given answer is NO.
I happily agree to change to new plan as the new plan is much better compare with the existing plan.
Unfortunately, 1 month later...
I received my credit card statement, the EPP installment still there and Digi billed me for the new plan.
I went Digi Center to make complain.
Customer service said "the installment is NOT penalty or extra charge. You actually can change plan anytime even you bundled with contract but you will need continue pay the contract fee."
I was like WTH!!!
Customer service submitted my complain。
I received a message mentioned they will contact me within 48 hours.
However, until the moment I write down this statement, I DO NOT receive any feedback from DIGI.
My Question are:
1. Why your telemarketing person do not explain clearly to me?
2. Why you not feedback within promised time frame?
Well Done DIGI!
All the time I only know you are one of the cheapest telco provider.
Untill now, I only realise you also offer "CHEAP" service.
