Digi very lag! Can’t play game!

Excuse me! Why this time Digi Internet very suck?!
One month I pay 500++ for my plan my family plan! But my internet still very lag! What kind of internet digi provide? We pay for u! But we get this **bleep** noob internet speed!
If still no solve this problem! I will terminated all my family plan of Digi! Tq so much!

Hi. For further assistance, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.

Ya I also can't play game digi so lag worst line .. Soon I'm going to terminate this stupid digi .. always problem ..

VedaaDash, If the issue still persists now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.
