Hi All (especially those with multiple corporate lines),
Please scrutinise your bills. You may still be charged with Internet roaming even though you did not switch on data roaming on your mobile. DIGI is aware of this issue and is keeping silent. Instead of correcting the bills, they continue to charge customers and will only make the reversal if the problem is raised by customer. If no complain, Digi will happily charge. I suspect a lot of corporate lines may be unaware because the line users do not scrutinize their bill.
I have called to complain for the last 2 months and they have not done the reversal yet. Digi acknowledge that they have problem with their billing system.
Now my line is barred because of over credit limit. Is Digi trying to force me to pay for the data roaming I did not use.
