Don't bother. Their CS called me one time said they will look into this issue and said will call back within 2 -3 days. Guess what? I never received any call from them until I ported out 2 days before Christmas. And the speed is **bleep**. Coverage is **bleep** too. I had so much expectation on this plan. Turned out it's a disaster plan.

Issue is confirmed. I was on this plan before, ported out and got a call for bringback program where the guy who called me promises better service than last time since they upgraded their network and everything so i thought y not. This is ridiculuous. I am on infinite 150 and the speed is capped at 5mbps consistently. Digi prepaid live speed that I had earlier registered 20mbps easy at same location on same device.

Hey bro,
How did u manage to get a digi case ref #? Which channel u used for lodging complaint?
Mydigi app seems useless for submitting complain, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Do share with us the progress of this. Interested to know if we can suspend payment until the issue is resolved.

@chuahcs79, please be assured that we do not delete post because of feedback. This forum has spam protection which some keywords could have triggered it as well.
Please go ahead with the reports as your feedback will help to shape Digi for your own experience. However I would personally advise you not to ignore outstanding amount as that would be detrimental to your own credit rating and has no effect on your case's progression. You can either make a report or even terminate your subscription.
