Why I can't activate my Music Freedom?

Hi,

Whenever I clicked "ACTIVATE MUSIC FREEDOM", is will showed “Verifying eligibility", then it will come back to "ACTIVATE MUSIC FREEDOM" again. So, the activation can never be successful. Refer to the attached file.

You need an internet subscription to activate. Free basic internet is not eligible.

I also can't activate mine. It says "no record found". P.s: my internet data is active.
