I have been a Digi Infinite 100 user for more than 2 years, and this past month the connection speed has become un-usably slow. I can no longer play any type of online games, and even loading websites are slow. Below is the proof of random connection tests done this past week all at the same location:
As you can see, downloads speeds are horribly slow, while maintaining a full signal strength at 4G LTE 100% of the time. I have made a report on this network quality issue but your Network Team just dismissed any problem after "thorough" investigation. I suspect this is just a template reply to brush off accountability, as even the case was created and closed in just a span of 1 minute! Below is the proof :
I sincerely hope someone from this community board can forward my issue up the chain and help me fix this issue. It is certainly not worth paying rm100 for this type of service, which had been previously great all these years. Thank you.
UPDATE : LIne is now back to normal, thanks for the help.
