my new telco hv submitted application for change service provider from digi to tunetalk and all has been declined with reason "temporarily disconnected - unvoluntarily". Why?

My phone number is 0167829573 and is a prepaid. I'm fed up with digi services. I've sumitted my port out on yesterday and today they declined

My phone number is 0167829573. I've had submitted for a port out yesterday and I've received a message on porting out and i type y. Today it says it has been declined. I'm fed up on digi services
