One of my subsidiary line have been charged RM10 by a company called Gameloft for a subscription of Gameloft Club.
Under my latest bill, the charges were named as "DOB by Fortumo", I was charged 2 times for RM 5 each.
I was given a series of sms-es, "Peringatan langganan until RM5/mgu Autopembaharuan-" accompanied with links. Due to the unprofessional nature of the messages, I decided to ignore the messages, thinking they were just phishing attempts.
I would like to ask for help in dealing with this. Mainly in unsubscribing such unsolicited service which I have no knowledge in subscribing to in the first place. Also, I need help on how to prevent such blunder from happening again (blacklisting the company?).

what is this? Why charged me? I didn't do anything for this. Please end it and refund me Or I change to others telecom company!!!!

Im also facing this situation and im not appreciate it. Kindly advise for your next action plan to prevent this to happen again and do revise your invoice. Thanks

Saya pun kena jgk dalam bil bulan lepas dekat 15 ringgit.. Setiap minggu mesti caj.. Mohon pihak digi buangkan caj-caj DOB FOR FORTUMO tu.. Kalo stay ada lagi.. Saya tidak teragak-agak terminate Postpaid digi ni..

Please help me... One of the bill under my name has Fortumo... I never used this services coz this sim alway in my modem not in phone.. Just realize the current bill has natang nih.. Please

saya baru bayar bill terbaru.. dan saya terpaksa mengubah cara bayaran kepada bayaran melalui web dan bukan lagi melalui apps, melalui web kita boleh tentukan bayaran.. jadi saya telah tolak jumlah bayaran servis bodoh yang dikenakan kepada saya melalui DIGI tanpa kebenaran saya.

 

Saya sudah menamatkan perkhidmatan  dan tiada lagi  caj dikenakan , namun caj yang telah dikenakan kepada saya, DIGI mestilah Bertanggung Jawab!! 

 

Sekian,  sekiranya berlarutan saya akan pastikan perkara ini akan dibawa ke tribunal pengguna...
