My data was abruptly terminated yesterday, 3 March 2017 by Digi for supossedly hitting my internet quota which I know isn't true based on my usage. Immediately I called DiGiHelpline and they confirmed that it was an error (1st error) and that my balance data was well within my quota. No action from Digi until this afternoon..so I called up Digi again today, 4 March and was told they had not made a proper report yesterday and only now created a customer report to address my issue (2nd error).
Basically after 2 errors in a row by Digi and almost 24 hours later, I'm still data-less. C'mon Digi, you can do better than this!! When is my data going to be turned back on ???
