Our technical team reviews and plan improvement strategies through customer's feedback via MyDigi app. Have you already submitted a network complain through MyDigi app?
Either you and/or your neighbours can submit an official report via MyDigi app: Menu > Support > choose Network Coverage.
The report will be received by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section.
