Can I know why am being charged usage of rm30.60. FYI, I already deactivated my voicecall + VVM service; and also I did not send any SMS to United Kingdom.
Last month, same thing happened but I just paid the extra rm40 because your customer services told me is the voicemail / phone call while I was oversea. Ever since that, I had deactivated the voicecall + VVM service. This month the same charges.
