In future, use *128# -> Digi Rewards & Services -> Voicemail

*128# - 5 - 2 - 99 - 5

and you will receive confirmation SMS.

Your voicemail service is has been deactivated ya. :-)You can follow the steps below to deactivate your voicemail service in the future. Dial *128# > Digi Rewards & Services> Voicemail >  Service & Package > Deactivate Voicemail/Visual Voicemail & Notify Me > Confirm.

Hi Rasheed, if you're using a prepaid plan, you can deactivate voicemail by dialing *128# > My account > Account setting > Voicemail > Deactivate voicemail. For postpaid plan, you can deactivate voicemail by dialing *128# > Digi Rewards & Services > Voicemail > Deactivate voicemail. Thank you.
