Hey, please help to check my previous account balance, as per my knowledge all postpaid balance had been cleared. But CTOS report still showing Digi blacklisted me.

Yesterday, i had received an email from CTOS that detected changes in my CTOS SecureID profile. I found out Digi had put me under Trade Reference claiming that i had a long overdue bill amounting RM411 on 2016, so i called digi centre and demanded an itemized bill through email but it never arrived.
i want a clarification about the said overdue bill, why it is suddenly appear after 4 years (2016-2020) that i had never been notified before.. why suddenly digi came out with this claim? please check whether Digi has mistakenly put me under debt as per i know i had not had any outstanding bill with Digi.
