I just realized that I was charged around RM134 for DEC,JAN and FEB bills. Upon checking I saw "Value Added Services 32324" being charged to my account. I went to your DIGI shop at Bayan Baru to stop this service. As far I know I have never taken part in any sms or reply to any sms since I know most of the time it is a scam. I asked your customer service guy whether I can request for a refund but he said it is not possible.
Since this is not my fault, I will go lodge a complain at Consumer's tribunal if the extra charges for the past 3 months are not refunded. Digi need to ensure that these scammers are blocked from the DIGI system as there are other customers who lodged similar complains but nothing has been done.
