I had requested to change from DIGI to U Mobile few days ago.
I had received a message from 27676 to ask me to confirm my request to leave DIGI then I reply Y. But after that, the reply from 27676 said my request is not successful. Please contact my current telco to clarify. Then I had received again a message from DIGI that said my request was rejected and said I did not reply to SMS validation and asked me to call DIGI helpline.
It's ok, I called to DIGI Helpline. I have called several calls since yesterday but none of the customer servicers want to pick up my calls!!! At least five times I called it. Wasted many times calling your helpline.
What happened to the DIGI's services? Why forced the customer to stay in DIGI telco?
Please give a nice and reasonable reason to me!! And PLEASE settle this problem! I'm very disappointed with this issue from DIGI!!!
