2. Choose any of the plans you wish to change to, and click "Change Plan" and you should see this:
3. After that, fill in your details, confirm the plan and click "Submit".

Hi, i am using smart plan50 and subscribing to auto billing, may i know if i change my plan to digi pospaid 48 online, do i need to walk in to service centre to subscribe the auto billing again? And how about the rebate for auto billing for first 6 months? Will i get the rebate after change my plan?

Hi Dommy, the change of plan will not affect your auto-billing, however, the 5% rebate for the first 6 month will not be reset, it will continue from your previous rebate. Thank you.

Hi. I've just changed my postpaid plan to 58 plan. My current plan will be renewed tonight at 12am. Since it will take 7 working days to process, will I get charged for the existing plan since the new plan hasn't yet confirmed ?
Hi ericadiandra. The process will take about 24 hours. You will be notified via SMS once it is completed.Changing the plan in between the billing cycle will not cost you the full monthly fee. The calculation for the old & new plan will be pro-rated based on days of usage. Thank you.
