Last month one of our staff already shifted to a new company. That person was made the authorization person for a few postpaid lines for our company under Digi. Only she has access to 'MyDigi' that can view bills for all the current company postpaid lines. Unfortunately we cannot contact her to retrieve the password to login into the account. What is the process so that we can reset the password and change the authorized person? We urgently need a solution. Thank you.
