Cannot receive OTP sms

Hi all,

I just ported into Digi from Umobile last month and bought a new handset (Huawei P30 Pro).  My problem is there are few apps that required OTP (One Time Pin) to sign in but I can't receive OTP. Apps such as Boost (E-Wallet) and Catch That Bus couldn't receive OTP. Any solution? Please help. Thank you.

I also cannot receive OTP from Public Bank, meanwhile the PAC from FPX is working. Please help me as I ask the bank but they told me everything is normal
