Viewed outstanding bill at the new site. But no response after clicking the "Proceed" button for payment. Webpage problem or connection problem?

Yes, I had key in the amount, and clicked the proceed button. The amount shown in the interface and that's all. No following instruction for me to key in my payment details.

Are you still having the same issue?
Appreciate if you can retry again one more time, but before you retry, please clear all the cache by opening a new tab on your browser pc/laptop and press cntr+shift+delete.
If you still having the same issue after you've done above step, can we have a screenshot to check further? You can PM me the details or you can attached it here but please cencored the details needed.
