I've would like to cancel my change of plan cancellation. This is due to the capped speed of digi infinite which is 5Mbps. During the application to change I didn't notice until I was told by my friend.
Therefore, I would like to cancel the application to change plan. I'll be using the plan that I have now.
I tried to call, nobody pick up. Thru facebook messenger same thing as well as twitter.

Your quickest way to get this resolve is to send out an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by stating your intention to cancel the change of plan along with your Name, DiGi Mobile Number as well as your NRIC for them to cancel your application as the application for change of plan may takes 7 days therefore feel free to send out at the earliest.
