Can't switch to other telco

This is so frustrating, I can't swith to maxis telco, i got a message from 27676 saying that to confirm my leave, i need to press "Y" or "N", i replied "Y" , then, it says " sorry, yr request is not successful" without providing any reason, please anyone help me, would be appreciated as its already passed the deadline and i already paid for the switch. i already call digi but the line is busy.
Edit: now it says, "one or more lines did not reply to our SmS validation." Pls la, make this easier for us, i got no time to go back and forth to digi center during this corona.
