abetpasia, have u try to reboot the device and try to send one SMS to ur own number once the phone is active? If still happen, please PM/Inbox us ur number to check further on this ya

i got the same issues. need to port out from digi to other telco. got confirmation and need to reply Y / N. but sms not delivered. ALREADY call support and go to digi store. but still no solution. then they ask me to call apple support. im 100% sure problem come from digi. cannot send but can received.

btw. This happen on my esim. my primary number (also digi) got no problem.

Is this happen only when i want to port out??? please let me goooo...
