Can't activate Postpaid line

On 28/11/2018, I have change my phone plan from prepaid to postpaid. However, until now my phone plan still in prepaid plan. Can you please help me to resolve this matter soon as I have already activate the phone number but still no change are made. Simcard# 8960 1616 0627 0231 7160 (phone number: 0123985514)
