Can I get refund for unactivated sim card (PostPaid 150)

Dear team,
 
I bought postpaid package 150 via online on 16 Jan 2021 .  Its been 2 weeks now and i still havent received the simcard yet due to my mistake as I accidentally put my other postcode address.  It messes up their delivery system it seems.
 
Due to mco 2.0, I no longer need it as i got unpaid again from my company for a duration. So ,can I please get refunded back as I havent activated the simcard yet?

Hi Asyrani. For online purchase, the activation for postpaid and broadband products are immediate and upon payment being successful (as stated in T&C : https://www.digi.com.my/support/tnc/general/online-purchase/store-online).
