My billing cycle starts on the 8th day of every month and today I have just signed up for the Digi Postpaid 50 plan from my previous plan of Digi Postpaid 48.
Realising that I am one week in my old plan, now that I have submitted to change plan today, how will I be billed in this billing cycle? Will I be billed in full for both my old plan and this new plan if it is successful within this billing cycle?
Your next bill will show the pro-rated charges for the previous and the new plan, Rudox. Meaning that both plans will be charged based on days of usage only, not the full plan (RM48 + RM50). Hope this explains :-) TQ.
