I am so annoyed for my calls keep on failed or interrupted when I receiving, answering or making an outgoing calls for a few months already. Even I had changed a new mobile phone and new SIM card, my problem still cannot be solved.
Could anyone please help me on this? Thanks!

@Yulemin, haven't had that issue on myself or people around me. Does it cut off every 45 minutes?

I have also been facing similar issue for months.
1. Line cuts off during call. Not specific duration, sometimes 3 minutes, sometime 8 minutes. This happens about 30% of time.
2. Loud static for 0.5seconds a few times during the call. This happens about 20% of the time.
Above 2 issues happens separately.
I have changed new phone and still same issue happens.

Old version = Menu >> Support >> Email >> Select Category (Network Coverage).
New version = Menu >> Support >> Network Coverage.

The report will be checked by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section.
