Call divert any charges

Hi,

My number 0146966764 and I am using Digi Postpaid 50 New which have unlimited call to all networks . If I use call divert for any unanswered call or what in my phone setting, does it got any charges ? If yes , how it will be charge ? Thanks.

Hi yewwei,

 

For the Digi Postpaid 50 New plan, call divert to any local number is FOC (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers and calls to 121 numbers). TQ.

Yes you can do the call divert from your phone. You need to disable voicemail and missed call alerts first before you can change the call divert settings.

The waiting call is a default service and activation/deactivation can be controlled from your own phone setting, A8. Maybe you can check the Call Setting option :-) TQ.
