i receive a tele call 0162991151 dated 19/4 and was told to change my plan from 50 to 48, however, two days already no changes. And, what i worry is the tele call asking for ic last 4 digit, mk me feel uncomfortable. So i go to the nearest DIgi shop asking the phone is from Digi HQ 0162991151, but the DIGI lady say she dont know and the offer from HQ is different from shop, Very bad service. Feel very angry.
Pls confirm this number is from HQ or faud number, and the plan 48 is true or not.

Hi Apple1, rest assured, number given is from our Telemarketing Department and the offer only applicable via call. Would you like to receive a call back from Telemarketing ?

Havent received any call from yr tele marketing department, pls call, tq.
I was told to change to RM48 plan, but received the mssg is Digi postpaid 58?????
