I'm porting out to Digi so I'm using Guest account to buy it online. Sadly, after I confim my email address there's nothing on purchase history. And to make it worst, no email from Digi regarding the purchase. I've tried to email/tweet/fb inbox Digi and no one replying to me. I can't use the live chat since it's only for Digi customer.

You should try to check your SPAM / Junk inbox to see if any purchase history email were being receive there as most of the time it was being categorized as spam by your email provider (Gmail / Hotmail / Yahoo).
On top of it, DiGi support is almost non-existent and selective in answering the post posted to them sometimes. Mine is one of the good example where no one bothers to revert back!
