I'm posting on behalf of the company I'm working.A colleague got his phone stolen and we want to stop the line.Said number is registered under company and my boss is not in the office for any authentication (as per told by DiGi operator called earlier) needed.Is there any other way to solve this?

If you have lost your SIM card or device, we can assist you to suspend your line to avoid misuse, then you will have to walk in to Digi Store to get a replacement SIM card. However, the line can only be suspended upon the Person in Change request. :/ There is no other way around it.
