STILL GOT THE SAME ANSWER. -WAITING FOR 24HOURS BEFORE CLEARANCE!- I'VE CALLED HOTLINE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO PAYMENT MADE TO THE ACCOUNT. THEY TOLD ME TO EMAIL THE RECEIPT TO cic@digi.com.my BUT, IT WAS FAILED. FYI: I ALSO ALREADY GOT THE RELEASE LETTER FROM THAT GUY. BUT STILL. BLACKLISTED.

still don't have any action. if they want us to pay they will contiously calling me said that if i don't pay my bills i will get law punishment. now, i had paid that bills, no one answered! already 4 months. i went to Digi CS they told me to do that, do this. still can't solve it.
