Is anyone of you facing auto debit issue, Both my personal credit card and company card were deactivated.
payment was not made accrodingly.
I didn't request or perform the said deactivation.
Any idea why?

Hi westfind. Could be because we were not able to charge your card after 4 attempts. After the first attempt, Digi will perform another 3 attempts before proceed with the cancellation.
