You can request to suspend your line up to a maximum of 2 months by walking in to a Digi Store, or call our Helpline at 016-2211800.
Kindly note that we reserve the rights to Auto Resume your line after 60 days (2 Months) from the suspension date.
For a non-contractual account, the Monthly Fixed/Commitment charges will NOT be charged during the Suspension Period. Upon Reactivation, the charges will be charged base on pro-rated calculation.
For a contractual account, the Monthly Fixed/Commitment charges will be charged in FULL.
