Is there any DiGi suporting staff available today to help me on my MNP transfer initialization after receiving my physical SIM?
I have sent a PM to @Digi_MYCHEAH yesterday at around 6:30pm but there is no reply until now yet.
Anyone on duty today on Friday? As observed the board seems inactive since 6pm yesterday with no more reply from staffs until now.
