Hi @IvyTan1006, payment from bank online services will require time to transact into Digi. If you need immediate unbarring service, please consider to use MyDigi to perform your payment next time.
Also, your attachment is not attached into your message. However this is a public forum, we suggest not to include your private information to the public.

We recommend for you to make a payment either via Jompay from CIMB clicks or our new MyDigi mobile app. Usually, payments via these methods will be updated almost immediately.
If you use CIMB clicks directly, payment will usually be updated within 1-2 business days.
Once payment has been officially updated, your line will be reactivated automatically.
