Hi,

 

I already make payment. But still barred.

 

Attachement is the bank in slip for reference.

 

Please check it and unbarred asap.

Hi @IvyTan1006, payment from bank online services will require time to transact into Digi. If you need immediate unbarring service, please consider to use MyDigi to perform your payment next time.

 

Also, your attachment is not attached into your message. However this is a public forum, we suggest not to include your private information to the public.

paid my bill via cimbclicks on 23rd dec and still got barred today!!!!. what the heck !!!!

Hi jidahrahman,

 

We recommend for you to make a payment either via Jompay from CIMB clicks or our new MyDigi mobile app. Usually, payments via these methods will be updated almost immediately. 

If you use CIMB clicks directly, payment will usually be updated within 1-2 business days.

Once payment has been officially updated, your line will be reactivated automatically.

Payment was made through mydigi apps, online banking method, kindly check the attached file and unbarred it.
