i need digi customer service help regarding my activation of my new digi postpaid number. this is because i choose this new number (0162082634) at digi store express at IPC Shopping Centre today. i am being told that this new number will be activated after 2 hours. Unfortunately, this number is still not activated yet and i need to use it now. i really hope that digi customer centre can solve this problem as soon as possible. thank you.

Good evening. We believe, your number has been activated now. Please restart your phone with that SIM card if you still can't receive the signal ya. TQ

Boleh tolong activatekan nombor phone saya 017 2744217,saya baru tukar telco dari altel ke Digi.No lama cuma telco yg baru.

Sila keluar dan masukkan semula kad sim anda ke telefon @Makmas.
Kami dapati nombor ini sudahpun diaktifkan :-)

Hello kobi.. boleh tolong activekan Sim Card saya.. no. saya 01133080084 .. sbb saya lama dh tunggu dh nak dekat 2 jam.. sbb sya beli tdi pukul 730pm .. lama dh ni.. selalu nya 15 minit je. please help me..

Menurut rekod, nombor telefon tersebut dah berjaya didaftarkan. Anda hanya perlu buat panggilan pertama ke talian 0162211800 dan pilih bahasa dari sistem untuk mengaktifkan akaun anda. TQ.
