2nd time asking about the rebate

Hello Digi,

 

I am asking about the rebate promise by your customer service. It seems like after a few months using postpaid, the customer service still not respond to my email asking about the rebate they promise before this.  Plus what scarier than that is, my plan is postpaid RM38, now sometime I  need to pay RM 40. Do you guys have any idea why this thing happened?
