Full Terms and Conditions for Porting-Out

Hello there,

 

I would like to know where I can find the terms and conditions for porting out. I searched through the website to no avail. If someone could post me the link, or if a Digi rep could e-mail a copy of the t&c that would be much appreciated.

You can also check the port-in requirement at http://new.digi.com.my/switch-to-digi, aneeraede :-)
 
Basically, it will be the same requirement that you need to fulfill when porting-out:
- number registered under your name
- no contract
- no outstanding
- the account is active
- not attached with family group (mainline-suppline relation) if you want to MNP 1 number only.
