wrong payment

i bought an iphone with digi , my number 012-4016888 , i wisg to apply for instalment plan but the agent already apply for me with single payment, i received the bank statement ysterday, now i don have money to pay  RM3900 in 1 time ?  

please help me !

28 may 2020,i paid 200 ringgit in jompay to clear my due unfortunately i mistyped a number in the ref 1 num.... Pls reply and help me to get refund.... The payment showing was succesful but the due didnt clear from my digi app....
