digi pls suggest way to settle the regulatory requirement, if my bill is rm250 and above, i cannot use credit card to pay via my digi app, and only can do once a day.
if my bill is above, i got to monitor and keep paying on different day. and error always occur!
the control is good to avoid abuse, but not practical, why there is no smoother way? why this is not informed upfront via message in the mydigi app or sms, and it cause confusion and unnecessary worried to the customer, who think the credit card is having some issues.
user will not check the website all the time, since this is important info, why digi is no longer proactive to inform the customer.
but dont tell me to subs for auto billing, there is NO monetary benifit for user supports you for 20 years.
