i received a charge of netflix subscribtion but i don't have any active netflix account for years.
i asked netflix too and they told me that there would be no payments for this but still, it came to my bill.
i don't know why is this happening and i wish for a refund of my RM17 .
i don't want to pay extra money for something i never used.

Digi is just acting as a payment method for Netflix. Please manage your subscription with Netflix directly.
It also appears that there is no free trial in Malaysia. Hence subsription will cost money on first month itself. If you're unsure how you got subscribed to Netflix, perhaps Netflix could assist you in finding out.

Rosmawati82. Check all of the charges details via your MyDigi app (by downloading your bill statement). Please check every pages and if there's some charges that you are unsure of, you can refer it back to us for clarification.
