bad coverage

I rarely get to enjoy 4G speed while other digi users in the house can happily browsing. my battery drains faster due to unstable internet coverage and I don’t get to enjoy the internet but I have to pay monthly? Please assist this urgently or you might lose a customer.

As you mentioned that there are other Digi users in the same house getting good experience, can you try with another device?
There shouldn't be big discrepancy of signal strength in the same house, unless your room has RF interference from another device.
