Very Bad Port Out Service From Digi

Hi,

 

I  want to port out from digi to other telco..i got 2  lines with digi...1 number will be ported out to celcom..another one to maxis...my first request to port out got rejected ...the rejection reason was not reply to the validation sms which is actually been  already replied...I've asked celcom & Maxis to resubmit the request..until now I only got the validation sms from Digi to port out to celcom only saying the request is being process and still not receiving any sms port out to maxis.. Please rectify this matter immediately... my number  are 0183980277 (port out to celcom) and 0183790277 (port out to maxis). This is stand alone lines..not a family plan number. TQ
