Unable to activate new Sim card

I purchase the Samsung note 7 which I received yesterday together with a new Sim card. I tried to activate the new Sim card at my store (there is a activate new Sim card button) and key in the last 4 digits.
My new Sim card still cannot be use (emergency call only) until now. I'm trying to activate it again but I can't click on the activate new Sim card button.
Kindly advise.

i tested with firefox, chrome & internet explorer. still same problem

I called the customer service and it activated within 1 hour after my call.
