My account been deducted for unauthorized charges -> Tryitgame 0376211027 amount of RM2.00 dated 20/03/18.
As I never subscribe to this, so I lodged report via MyDigi apps Live Chat today (21/03/18), received report number CAS-6626854-S8N4 & requested for the refund of RM2.00.
Understand Digi already setup some protection layer & required TAC Code to be enter in order to subscribe to such services, but I also never received TAC.
Furthermore, when I checked in MyDigi apps – Subscription based services, no such item Tryitgame 0376211027.
I strongly believed that I am not the first victim & there are many victims out there.
Can Digi do something to prevent the same thing happen again to me & also others.
Another issue, I really feel disappointed on your customer service (MyDigi apps Live Chat), which mentioned -> There will be no follow up on this from Digi’s end as the refund will be from the merchant’s end.
Since this is not customer fault, Digi should take full responsible to follow up until the case close (refunded RM2.00).

Additional to the above.
At that particular time (20-03-2018 11:17:00 PM), I already sleep.
And my mobile phone set to 2G network, without Internet connection, without Wi-Fi.
Also I can confirmed nobody used my mobile phone.
Kindly follow up investigate & provide me the refund of RM2.00 as soon as possible.

@ltchin, for refund, end user can make enquiry to the third party service. Their helpline number may be in SMS that you received from Tryitgame.
I personally have seen some apps that have messaging permission, can read TAC SMS and perform the subscription without user's input for TAC. As end user, we can also increase our awareness of app permission before installing one.

I totally not agreed on your replied.
Firstly, I never receive SMS from Tryitgame & also no idea what is Tryitgame.
Moreover, I already mentioned previously, nobody used my phone during that time.
As a customer using Digi services, I should only deal with Digi, as the single Point of Contact for any issue.
Digi can have business partnership with multiple (maybe thousands & thousands) ”third party service“. But this is not the customer interest.
I am technical guy, I understand how the phone app permissions work & which apps can receive, view, read, send & delete SMS.
And I also never receive TAC SMS for this.
I know Digi as Service Provider can track back every SMS send & received for any line.
Why not you proof to me that Digi sent the TAC SMS on that time ?
And provide me the screen-shot of the SMS.
In fact, what I want here is very simple -> Digi to follow up & refund me the RM2.00 as soon as possible.

Same boat here, were charged total Rm7.50 on this unrational service which never seek for acknowledgement from the user. I had logged case to Digi and at the same time, send an email to this mobiniumtech.com for refund.
Will log case to CFM if there is no action from both parties.

i just discovered today my credit balance short of RM3, i never use phone for call the whole morning & i have data plan & wifi at home. so i login to my digi account to check my usage, the RM3 was deduct for "Tryitgame 0376211027"
i have no idea what is that for since i am not playing mobile game & i didnt subscribe to any games. i was shock when i check from Jan til today. it has been occured 7 transactions for the same items from 19 Mar 2018 till 16 May 2018 (RM3- RM3.50) being deduct everytime.
i have made a report to Digi customer service under case number 7481572L6X9
hope digi will make the refund asap
