Still did not get my item purchased from digi online store

Hello Digi, I had purchased for digi postpaid 80 (order number 16042421272674) and broadband 185 (order number 16042420021275) from digi online store.. But untill today there is no updated from your website and it's still did not shiped yet.

Morning. As we can see, item has been shipped out and you should be able to see your consignment note as we speak. Our courier partner is GDex. You can track your parcel via this link :

I had been order my huawei p40 pro through online untilbnow that is no updated at all until now. My reference ID 200425015481478. Kindly expedite the process urgent basis.
